Fantastic events, host and experience
Ben really goes out of his way to make you feel that not only are you welcome, but that you're a part of the group too. I've been to a few of his events now, and they're always organised so well and clearly he puts a lot of thought into his guests' experiences. Whenever something has popped up which is out of his control, he deals with it swiftly and professionally. Besides, it's always such a good night, I hardly notice!
